    Shout out to Ricky! I was one of those customers that put an insane amount of comments on my online cake order and on top of that, I was not even sure if what I had asked for was possible, but Ricky was phenomenal! Not only did he do everything that I had asked for in my comments, he also called ahead of time to confirm my order and clarify my comments, paraphrased what he heard me say to make sure that he understood me correctly, double-checked my comments before making the cake, and triple-checked again after making the cake just to make sure that he got everything! Impressive attention to detail! I have to admit that when it comes to fast food restaurants, I slack my expectations as they are always so busy with so many moving bodies that it is more than challenging to know who did what and catch every detail, especially when customers come back with weird or over the top requests. So, I just want to say, Ricky, I should not have slacked my expectations at all, because you exceeded what some may even call unobtainable standards! Thank you very much! I hope you know that the work you do is greatly appreciated! XD

    Honestly, I never thought I'd give a Dairy Queen 5 stars. This location goes above and beyond. Came here today for an afternoon snack. The staff were so friendly. Brought our food to our table. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Inside of restaurant was clean and relaxing. Can't beat the 2 for 6 snack deal

    Stopped by Dairy Queen this afternoon and tried the fries, onion rings, and a Blizzard — everything was delicious. The cashier was really kind and helpful. Great service and great food!

I was fortunate to be assisted by GaganDeep Kaur, and I must say her exceptional customer service truly stood out! Despite the challenges with my app not working, GaganDeep went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, all while managing a busy drive-thru line with a smile. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine intent to ensure I had a great experience were remarkable. Unlike the usual rushed encounters at many restaurants, GaganDeep took the time to explain the menu options and provided thoughtful recommendations, which made the visit even more enjoyable.     The young lady who took our order was very sweet. When we walked in, there was 9 people ahead of us and we were in and out in less than 10 mins! Will definitely go to this location again!
